3PL Shipping
Some customers may use 3rd party Logistics providers. TPSynergy can send EDI shipping notice to these 3rd parties and once the shipment is shipped by them, update the tracking number back. When shipment is in Planned status, shipping advice will be sent to 3rd party shippers.
Planned Shipments
Planned shipments are to be created from Accepted sales orders as explained in the previous steps
Shipping by 3PL providers
- Once 3PL ships the shipments, they will send tracking number by EDI.
- TPSynergy will update the tracking number and move the shipment to shipped status automatically
