A shipment in Planned status can be canceled. Sometime when the number of packages not calculated correctly, it may be easier to cancel the shipment and create a new one.
	 
			
				
	        Shipment in Planned status
		 
- For canceling a shipment, it should be in Planned status
 
- Select the shipment that is in Planned status 
 
	 
	
	
	        Cancel the shipment
		 
- Enter any cancellation notes in Shipper Notes header field (scroll to the right if you don't see this field)
 
- Click Cancel button
 
- Accept any messages
 
- Shipment will be canceled
